Ice cream amazing! Worth the price. Everything was clean and well organized. First visit and I will surely be returning. Only downfall is very very minimal seating, but for the location they have to work with what they've got. Excellent place ! And very friendly lady working.

Not much different than any other ice cream place. Prices are alright, ice cream is good, service is somewhat fast. No complaints from me. I like to go here after a movie at the landing.

Nice place. Cake was designed nice. Cleaned and staff were doing their best. The line could use a little more work, probably telling where the line starts and ends because I think I cut someone without even realising it. Other than that it’s a nice place. If I could rate more than five stars I would!! My friend's birthday was today and after a not-so-subtle interrogation, I found out her all-time favorite dessert was mint ice cream cake. So I research places around her that sell them and find this place. I live in South Carolina so I had to order it and have it delivered remotely. Service was the absolute best! Talked to the manager himself and he was so helpful, got everything done and figured out so smoothly in no time at all. He said they didn't normally deliver themselves, that they do it through third party services, but he offered to drive it to her place personally at the time I requested to save me the hassle! Then he called as soon as he dropped it off to let me know it made it there. Such polite, accommodating service as this is rare. Oh, and heard back from the friend and got pics, cake looked great and she said it was delicious. Thank you so much Cold Stone! When I visit her next I'll be sure to stop by and thank you in person for being so great :)

The long standing chain leaves no complaints even in this University town. Always a treat to have some good ice cream / cake here. If you are Student, search for those coupons books/ Hooked app to get some real nice discounts on those scoops!

Great place to get a cool treat on a hot day, I would recommend the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection. And the Like it Size is more perfect if you want a smaller treat but still want to enjoy your ice cream!

The younger dude with blonde hair was super nice and helpful. We are just here for the weekend and beyond happy how polite everyone is here
